No. The initial conversation to understand your situation and tell you what your obligations in Spain are is free. We only invoice once you instruct us on specific work.

No. Immigration fees, notary and registry charges and the tax itself are paid directly to the relevant body. Our fees cover the professional work.

Yes. Clients on a monthly fee get reduced rates on one-off work, and returns for several properties or for a married couple are grouped at a discount.

By bank transfer or direct debit. One-off work is paid on delivery; monthly fees are billed in arrears.
